The LIFTCHAIN hoists are designed to be employed using all types
of hydraulic circuits to be found on hydraulic machinery such as
excavators, drill rigs, FSV etc., this should be considered an easy
accessory for this type of equipment. Also with mobile hydraulic
power packs.
Each model of the LIFTCHAIN range is available with two versions.
L type for slow speed and R type for fast speed and are tolerant
of a wide range of hydraulic pressures which flow and are optionally
available with specially adapted flange mounted flow reducer blocks
for high pressure circuit use.
Typical applications include:
- Public works applications where the hoist can be fitted at the
end of a hydraulic vehicle crane, or post laying auger.
- Tunnelling - integrated into a hydraulic system for segment
setting.
- Underground - on hydraulic overhead cranes or gantries for loading
and transferring systems.
- Mining - mounted on monorails, fitted behind loco-tractors,
monorail tugs, and as general material handling tools in underground
or civil operations.
- As part of every mobile machine underground to increase the
loading capabilities.
